SIVAS VILLAS are two stone made traditional manor-houses built in 1900 and are
situated in the traditional village SIVAS, that are renovated by attention to
detail in 2004.

The entrance to the house leads to an open sitting area and a swimming pool (3.50m x 7.00m, 1.30m deep).
Entering the house you see a spacious living room with a fireplace, traditional pieces of furniture, comfortable sofas, TV satellite, DVD, HI-FI system and a sofa convertible to a single bed. A stone made arch leads to the dinning area and the fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, percolator, electric cooker, fridge, toaster and countless useful things).
Next to the kitchen there is a bedroom with a double and a single bed and a
bathroom with a cabin (having hydro-massage, ham-am, perfume therapy), hair dryer and
washing machine.
Wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there is another bedroom with
wooden floor (ondas) with a double and a single bed and a terrace tidied up to a
garden which offers a great view. There is also a/c (cooling-heating), safe
box and electric iron. The villa can accommodate from 2 up to 5 persons.
